Booking
Please fill in a booking form (provided via email when you request it) with all relevant details and email to sionag_b@hotmail.com together with your payment via bank transfer or paypal. Please also email for the correct address for the property.
Bookings can only be made by those over 18 and we will confirm your booking by email, and additional correspondence will be by email so there is a trail of confirmed information on both sides.
Deposit
To confirm a booking, you must pay a 20% deposit and the balance is due at least 35 days before check in. If you book within 35 days of your stay, the balance is due in full.
Refunds
If you are not able to take up your booking, then providing you have given us more than 28 days’ notice, we will give you a 50% refund of any additional balance paid, but we will not refund your deposit.
Within 28 days, we will not offer refunds.
Smoking
There is no smoking allowed in this property. If you smoke in the property we reserve the right to terminate your stay and charge you for deep cleaning.
Personal Posessions
Your personal possessions – including your vehicle: We accept no liability for damage to your possessions, or for any possessions that go missing. There is virtually no crime on Tiree, but we would still recommend locking the house and taking any personal possessions of any value with you when you are not at the house.
Refusing bookings
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion. We will refund fees in this case, including any booking fees.
We also reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately if you do not adhere to our conditions of stay or our terms and conditions. If we are forced to ask you to leave, we would not offer any refund of your money.
Travel Insurance
We would strongly suggest that you take out a relevant travel policy at the time of your booking so if you are forced to change plans at the last minute, you may be able to reclaim costs from your insurer. You should also ensure that all of your possessions are insured for the duration of your stay.
We remind you that we do not accept any liability for damage or loss to/of your property while you are staying at Mo Dhachaidh.
