The Cottage

Mannal is a small community on the southern corner of the Isle of Tiree. One of the prettiest villages on the island it is both quiet and friendly. From the conservatory of the cottage in Mannal we have regularly seen basking sharks, otters, endless sea birds, whales, porpoises and dolphins. The sheltered bay is a hive of sea activity.

The Cottage

Mo Dhachaidh is the name of our wonderful seaside cottage. Meaning "My Home" in Gaelic, we can promise you that you will at once feel at home in this comfortable cottage. With views across the ocean to Mull, three good sized bedrooms and a wonderfully modern kitchen you will struggle to find better holiday accommodation on the Isle of Tiree.

Whatever you seek from your Hebridean holiday Tiree has it all. The stunning white sand beaches are so long and plentiful that there will always be a new one to explore. Tiree hosts the European Wave Classic every year. It is famous for wind and waves for a reason. Whether you want to try your hand at learning to surf, or are an experienced windsurfer, there is something for everyone. With great local shops and cafes it is also the perfect place to relax, beachcomb, cycle and walk.
